Sustainable Features
- More than 75% of the waste generated during demolition and construction was recycled.
- The building uses no potable water for landscape irrigation.
- The building uses at least 40% less water than a conventional building of this size.
- Water consumption is minimized through reuse.
- The facility is at least 35% more energy efficient than conventional buildings.
- At least 10% of the building products contain post-consumer or 50% preconsumer recycled content.
- More than 20% of the building materials were extracted, processed, or manufactured from within.
- Employees have control over lighting and temperature in their individual workspaces.
- Skylights and effective window placement bring daylight into 75% of the workspaces.
